Brat is a digital vending machine for India’s small-batch brands. Tap a slot, drop it in your pack, pay at the machine. I am building it with Pawan Chopra.
Craft brands are plugging in now. Each brand keeps 51% of the selling price before GST, is settled every Monday at 5 pm, and gets its own dashboard to see its own analytics. Fulfilment is by SuperNode, near Gurugram. Doors open on 9 November 2026.
It runs on the same stack as the rest of my work: DevShop Retail OS.
